All payments made to Durable Coder Private Limited are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after payment

• Client’s inability to provide necessary input or communication

• Project delays caused by the client

• Partial or incomplete usage of our services

• Termination of services by the client mid-project

2. Advance and Milestone Payments

• Payments made as advances or per milestone billing are also non-refundable.

• If a project is paused or canceled by the client, no portion of the paid amount will be refunded.
