Kasawood, a legacy name in furniture exports, had built its reputation over generations. But as operations scaled, so did the complexity. When Ankit stepped in to lead operations, he inherited a system that ran on paper logs and ledger books—a method that worked for years, but couldn't keep up with modern logistics demands.
The biggest challenge? Knowing which item from which PO was sent in which shipment or container. As order volume grew, tracking these details manually became overwhelming.

The Challenge
Export operations were growing rapidly, but the tools hadn’t kept up.
