Guruvalya was built with a clear goal: make it easier for schools to find the right teachers, and for teachers to find the right jobs. The team behind the idea wanted a space where hiring didn’t feel like a hassle—and where educators could get noticed without endless paperwork.
The Challenge
Before Guruvalya, most hiring between schools and teachers happened through calls, emails, or word-of-mouth. That made it tough to track applications or even find the right match.
Here’s what needed to be fixed:
- No shared platform for schools and teachers to connect.
- Job listings were hard to organize and search
- Schools had no easy way to track who applied and for what
What We Built
Durable Coder Pvt. Ltd. worked closely with the Guruvalya team to design a simple and smart platform that works well for both schools and teachers.
- Custom Job Board: Easy to post, update, and browse openings in real time
- Secure Login System: Different roles for schools and teachers, with protected access
- Application Tracker: Schools can manage applications without extra steps
- Profile Management: Teachers can create detailed profiles and apply directly
All of this was built on Laravel, giving the platform both speed and structure.
