EYES (Early Years Educators Summit) is India’s dedicated summit for early childhood educators — bringing together teachers, school leaders and education professionals for a flagship annual event focused on early years learning and pedagogy.

We built a full event website with an integrated seat booking engine, allowing educators to discover the summit, register and secure their seats online end to end.

The Challenge

Running a flagship annual summit meant handling discovery and registration in one place:

• Educators needed programme, speaker and venue information before committing
• Seat registration had to happen online rather than through manual coordination
• Attendees and their bookings required tracking as the event filled up
• Payments for seat reservations needed collecting reliably
• Booking numbers had to improve on the previous cycle

The summit needed a site that turned interest into confirmed, paid seats without manual overhead.
